Eligibility for Returns

Requests for returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
